I genuinely haven't been so dazzled in a minute. So far this is PEAK gothic fantasy and reminds me of Patrick Rothfuss in a historic emo phase with how beautifully it's written. Taking my sweet time with this book for all the best reasons, haha, gotta simmer and marinate
