Pain. So much pain in this story from all characters. Definitely a heartbreaking story all over.
But, I will be honest. It started off as a 5 star but I am never a fan of infidelity in any novels, which loses a star for me. Then I just did not care for Beth’s character and most of her actions that in my opinion, led to most of the traumatic events.
Also, justice for Frank. That poor man.
