Plot twist it doesn’t scare them off but just gets them more invested
Fr, one of my book has an assassin who has a mind control device and he's technically over a hundred years old but he didn't age at ALL (like the winter solider) who's also the fire prince of Ignitica (also his name is Griffen) AND he used to be really close with the princess (who currently is the young queen in the book) of the earth kingdom/sector.
And best part that's not even the plot line lollll
