4.8 ⭐️ One I will read again. Just not five due to the amount of extra long, multi-coma’d sentences. There were also several dialogue sentences that were broken up by descriptions, which interrupted the flow of the narrative.

I am surprised I enjoyed it so much because of the extremist religious subject matter.

So descriptively written… feels like I’m there watching. Very thought provoking subject matter- religion and those who use it to abuse a position of power. To humble, degrade, or suppress others.
