I don’t want to mark this as done. But I did want to comment that this reads like a therapist with 30 years of real-world experience wrote it. It is incredibly deep and insightful but I think it requires the right background to really digest it. I don’t have that background so I put the book aside but I think therapists would enjoy this book and grow in their practice
