Seems like the only North American Christian groups that steered clear from dispensationalist movements and clergy was the Methodists and Dutch reformed. Presbyterians and Anglicans had dispensationalist movements.

Notably, this is not the historic view of Luther, Calvin, Bucer or Cranmer.

The British puritans and Anglican clergy, overwhelmingly postmillenial at this time until the country became overwhelmingly premill , had very profound apocalyptic beliefs concerning national Israel and England. All in disagreement with the classically reformed leaders on the continent.
