But we can’t have a federal police force because of the Posse Comitatus ACT - even though some of Obama’s unscripted comments at University of Colorado (July 2008) included the need for a civilian security force equal in funding and power to the military.

In December 2012, the Boston Globe added that 8,500 detainees were released into the U.S. because the home countries wouldn’t take them. And 20 countries routinely block deportation, including China.
