Really enjoying the narrator and the notes after, have to read the notes right after reading his prose or else it’s confusing. In love with “your soul is sunken in cowardice that bears down many men, turning their course and resolution by imagined perils, as his own shadow turns the frightened horse” such perfect metaphor, so vivid. Love how he talks about the mind talking itself out of prior convictions.

Enjoyed the intro more than expected, I like the authors way of writing. Intros analysis before the prose was unexpected but I think I like it, makes sure I understand all that’s going on. The 33 lines of 3 in each section + the one section of three in the beginning to make 100 aka holy number is incredibly artistic.
