It makes sense that in our current times all self-help is usually centered around how to be better at being alone. How not to be dependent and how not to be 'needy'.
This book turns it around. For most of evolution humans have only survived by the grace of others, of groups. Therefor it makes sense that what we need now is a better understanding of how to live better *together*, not better *alone*.
