I really love the setting and the mythology, and some of the characters are awesome. Some other characters I want to just skip over. It’s starting to slog in the middle with whole pages being taken up by one character’s monologue about something that happened to them. The beginning was really strong and the language is beautiful so I want to continue but it’s hard with the constant word vomit.
