We must always look for the eureka moments.

Best ideas occur on a flash, like the universe.
No one has a good idea by thinking they will have an idea. Ideas happen as we look for solutions.

Fear is also an enemy. When must identify when is really a threat.
Fear makes us build prisons in our minds.
Remove the prison of unresolved grief.

Our number one enemy is laziness. Lazy people don’t like to think, and if no thinking, it is no clicks.
Pessimism is just being lazy. Optimism comes when think on how to resolve a problem and work on it.

It is not about knowing what is in your head, but to know how to improve it.
Mindfulness is the key to get better.
We can’t solve problems with the same energy we used to create them.
