I actually cant stand the author and how pretentious she comes across in this book.
From the snide remarks about working mom's ("she did what other primates do and chose to raise her kid herself instead of hiring someone to do it for her") to NOT EVEN WANTING TO WRITE THIS BOOK. Other reviews confirm this is how the whole book reads, sooo this is a big old DNF for me

When she started shitting on people who call themselves naturalist but they dont fit HER specific idea of what that means is when I had to check the reviews to see what the hell I was getting myself into. Sucks that I actually bought a physical copy of this book
