This is my first foray into the book series and I am enjoying it, so far, with one exception. The constant sidebars into how much time 29 yo Reacher spent fantasizing about a 15 yr old is fucking creepy. Child could have kept it at 39 yo Reacher experiencing a budding romance with a 30 yo woman he's known since she was 15, but no, we have to be hear about his Lolita complex.
