Every time I thought this book couldn’t get better, every time I thought it wouldn’t be able to steer through complexity or handle the scope of what it wanted to do, Tesh proved me wrong. The layers of this story are built slowly and intentionally, so that the experience of reading this book leaves an impact rather than the plot alone. It has its flaws, its rough edges, but damn, I loved it even more for that.
