Lou was able to eloquently write how I felt for my first 5 years of default parenting. It was an articulate whinge (in the best possible way) that every emotion, every tear I had was valid and justified. Listening to the audiobook makes me sad for my past postpartum self and the help that I needed but didn't seek out. Reading this was the therapy I needed many years ago. Totally recommend to EVERY reader out there.
