I’m starting to adjust to the time jumps. I’m glad the women are choosing themselves and their friends.

I’m halfway into the book and I’m feeling sad for Desiree and her relationship with her sister. So much trauma and change has affected their relationship and I’m hoping they’d be able to come together at some point. I have a soft spot for Desiree so I wish Nakia hadn’t returned back to LA but then again Desiree needs therapy.

Just finished January’s first chapter. I’m trying not to sound like a broken record but why is she even considering keeping the baby when she claims she wants no ties to Morris??? I hope she listens to her friends and they give her sound advice
