I loved the two essay "On keeping a notebook" and "on self respect". The one about self respect has to be my favorite and maybe the one i closely relate to at this time of my life. That last paragraph hit close to home.

i finished the book titled essay.... i dont know if i can call it an "adventure", but i definitely think it was interesting and entertaining to read. my favorite things about these essays is that i never know where its going. i always find the people she's writing about so interesting. i wish i knew what they looked like or how she even thought of writing about them.
