My thoughts so far. Randy is slug. I initially thought Kevin was slug, but for some reason, I'm thinking Randy. He's the building maintenance guy, so he has easy access to tools, space, dumpsters. Etc. Dr. Tom brown, probably is Tom Brewer. ---I'm thinking that Slug is who killed that missing girl Brandi. Just my thoughts so far.
