finally getting to the part where skylah talks to maureen. also, kind of glad that teddy said that skylah is like a mom to him because i did not want them to get together lol

I’m still enjoying the book so far. I’ve been introduced to Linelle, Teddy, Skylah, Maryanne and Jeremy. One thing I don’t like is that the chapters are sooo long but i guess it is to tell the background story of each character.

the story is becoming more interesting as I read more from Linelle’s POV. I can’t believe the husband was chill about what he saw Linelle doing which makes me wonder if he’s in an affair too… perhaps with BFTB.. I mean, she helped decorate their house and she is also planning a surprise party for him. Seems suspicious… but can’t wait to find out what happened between the nurse and Teddy.

Book has an ok start. Don’t know if i feel like that because i’ve been reading for a couple of hours already and im tired
