This is so bizarre, but her distaste for short men and how frequently it is mentioned in this book, is super weird. This line: “He was great, but too short” or “I liked him a lot, but he was so short”. Height is unearned and it’s so weird to say something about these people’s characters and then bash a physical quality that is unearned. So odd.

A little sappy, but I like her story.
