She writes “this isn’t right. I’m a victim of a crime, not the perpetrator.“ No. Shannon, darling, Shenny – your husband, after a month of marriage, raped two women back to back and brought them to your house and almost killed them. And despite that you went right away to visit him in jail. And you brought your stupid golden circle friends to visit him in jail. But the sparkle in his eyes!

She blocks people who don’t believe exactly what she believes. She calls the people who agree with her and love her decision-making skills her “golden circle“. Those are the only people and opinions that matter to this woman.

This book is a perfect manual on delusional thinking. Think opposite from Sharon Moron how not to be stupid. She wrote, maybe choosing a mindset of forgiveness, encouraging the humanity behind the horror, would help to combat the resentment and injuring festering anger around me. How about learn how not to be so selfish and delusional that you marry & support a rapist. She differentiates between him and the act tho!

Her friend Rachel says she thinks forgiveness means that we can see ourselves in others, even at their lowest moments, and remember that we were all created as equal and precious children of God. I totally agree. And if someone rapes and hurts and tapes your mom going to the bathroom, then don’t marry that person, don’t waste your time & energy visiting that person in jail or writing a book about that person.

This book is fascinating to read. This woman has happily and very confidently written about how she ignored all common sense and blatant red flags to imagine that a selfish, dishonest criminal was a good enough man to marry and want to have children with.

She cares about human beings? No she cares about having a relationship and getting married since she "deserves that."
