Ugh I used to love these books but I cannot hang with Scarpetta anymore. It’s one personal tragedy doomsday after another. Her bad mood isn’t interesting to me anymore. I did not and will not finish this book.

Also whoever cast Nicole Kidman to play Kay Scarpetta need their head examined.

I miss Kinsey Milhone.
