He’s so much cooler and he knows who he is. He knows how to fight well, he knows his name but he doesn’t have any memories. He just starts off so much cooler even though technically this is two months past when he got his memory taken still I just like That in the start of the son of Neptune Percy is already that bitch.

I just wanna say straight off the jump. I love how different they portray Percy vs. Jason in both of their books. In the lost hero we start with Jason and he is confused, lost, doesn’t know what’s going on, has no recollection of even being a demigod, no idea how to fight anything he’s basically a bumbling dumb idiot. Now son of Neptune we have Percy and he just has the upper hand. He’s just so much cooler…
