Dont understand how cusanus isnt more known, not that everyone needs to read him but he seems to have laid the conceptual foundations for many philosophically rich ideas

Its taking apophatic theology into its rational end (saying reason is good because it s proof of the limitation of human intellect), i mean he even foresaw some aspects of calc because of his emphasis around limits.
