haha I don't know if u should base urself on my review, tho surprisingly I feel like by the end I'll have a lot to say for a book where not much happens, slice of life oblige, like there isn't a lot of drama but still a few things I picked up on, mostly positive some negative and those negative things are abt like some points that imo aren't detailed enough or cultural difference stuff. Honestly overall I feel like if ur looking for a chill somewhat realistic story abt two women falling in love this might be right for u but if ur also looking for a deeper message or storyline in the bg or simultaneously it might not do it for u 🙂‍↕️

mhm, exactly! i struggle so much to find baihe that has a complete ftl that actually interests me plot-wise... so i've just given up and am just going to read all the shit that exists either way. 😔😔

Yeah same !!! I still have Ruzhui and the Witch Nichang on my long stories tbr and I heard both of those are really good so like I still have things to look forward to heh

yay, that's great! i've been meaning to read ruzhui as well. i didn't know the witch nichang had a completed ftl? that's good, i should check it out one day then.

I was under the impression that it was bcs ive seen international baihe fans read it and recc it but I haven't actually checked out the site..well worst case I'll just try to finish it in cn when I get to it 😭

ur probably right then, i just remember seeing it on novel updates as not having a completed translation so i thought so! excited to see your thoughts when you get to it!
