I’m really struggling with this book. The structure is hard to follow—even just a name at the beginning of each POV would have been so much better. Without it, I have to spend the first part of the dialog figuring out who is even talking. And the chapters are sooooo looooong.
I’m not really connecting with these characters. And the plot is very slow to develop.

33% in and I’m honestly not sure where this book is going. I had no idea what the magic system is, and I’m still not totally sure what the world looks like. Seems like standard fantasy period, with a fey realm or some sort of overlapping dimension. We have two characters in the fey realm? We know nothing about the MMC, and the multiple POVs are confusing at times. Will they all converse at some point?
