The 5 A's are the keys to unconditional presence, mindfulness, and fully being. On the other hand, there are 5 different mindsets of ego that we construct: Fear, desire, judgement, control, and illusion.
They are what makes us human, and shouldn't be seen as bad. For example, desire is what makes it possible to reach out. Mindfulness is simply a tool that helps us navigate around the 5 mindsets of ego.

Attention is the answer to the question "Do I matter?" It is the act of bringing something or someone into focus so it is no longer blurred by the projections of your own ego. Where in attention you are heard, in acceptance you are embraced as worthy. Acceptance is unconditional; it means being received respectfully with our feelings, personal choices, and personal traits and supported through them.
