// So apparently this is Harper's debut novel and frankly? I can tell. There's just something about this author's writing here that makes the conclusion clear. It's always intriguing - just for the sake of being intriguing - reading an author's first book after having read said author's more recent work :-)!! This feels a bit always, but so far, so good.
