I enjoy this book it’s great but shit reading is so difficult I can’t read a page of a book without having to reread a paragraph multiple times and then I think about how slowly I’m reading which makes it worse and then I try to not have any thoughts and just read the book and the words and then I think about how I’m trying not to think and Thus it is hard to effectively read and enjoy the book
