Jeffrey never changed in the end he used gods name just to use it he never believed that he was forgiven by god he just wanted an excuse. He is pure evil and if you wanna blame mental illness that’s just an excuse for his behavior.

It’s rare that you see a crime like this one. Usually it’s DV in some way or another but you don’t normally see a skull boiled. I think that’s why they called it a homosexual crime. Jeffrey would have killed more if he didn’t get caught.

I understand why people are outraged yes the police could have done more however they did get fired on national television which is the most the chief could do. You can’t bring back a life and people are now being like shoulda woulda coulda and you just can’t do that, it doesn’t change anything at all.
