I seriously don’t even know if I should read this or trust this, because I just saw a review saying the author recommends filtering water and adding mineral powder to it? I get filtering water but adding minerals seriously doesn’t sound necessary especially if you already are healthy.

Secondly, I don’t think there’s a problem with eating sugars and cookies. You don’t have to live with only fruits, vegetables and proteins to be healthy, but yeah sugars could be shocking. Both sugar and salt are important for the body and therefore it’s not bad to have it sometimes, just not too much and too often. Oh, I do have a question. How is tofu being healthy shocking? It’s made from soybeans?

I don’t know what I just chose to pick up, but from the introduction where the author asked the doctors about all the medicines, I myself think it’s more right to listen to and use what the doctors have prescribed. Still, I don’t think that there’s something wrong with knowing what you are prescribed and what it’s for, but I don’t think doctors have time to explain everything.
