Ugh. Ever meet your heroes send sage advice right now—not that McMurtry is one I’ve counted among my heroes, but his work has definitely held a special place in my life; it is connected to precious memories of time with my Dad when he was dying. But damn if I don’t read even through the lens of integrity, and that lens is tainted in shit at the moment. May the reckoning come soon. 😒
