Ugh! I Hate everything that happens in the introduction! A rich Lord kidnaps a sleeping beggar, takes him home, and tells him he is a Lord (and that he’s been crazy) and then they give him a page as his “wife”?! The bedroom the beggar is in has detailed pictures of seductions and rapes from Ovid’s Metamorphoses 😱!! Yuck 🤮
