every time I read this I’m just so sad with how horrible the marauders and lily are lmao also the parallels between snape and harry being tormented and having terrible childhoods is made even worse by how awful snape is as an adult UGGHHH AAAHHHHHHH all of the adults in this series are so traumatized and fucked up they just inflict it all on the kids
