I love how “itself” this book is. Definitely more of a slower pace than I expected, but I’m used to human detectives not animals. The sheep in the flock are quite funny and I love the sheep personalities. I’ve never stopped to think about how I might write a sheep, but having the sheep be superstitious and hungry all the time seems accurate.
