Right away, I wholeheartedly agree with the author's statement that Emotional Disregulation and the resulting Rejection Sensitivity are the worst symptoms of ADHD. Made even more frustrating by its lack of being an official diagnostic criteria. I'm really looking forward to this ARC, as it offers a fresh and honest look into its causes and some tools for managing it.
