Can we stop saying sardonic every freaking chapter? Seems to have carried over from last book.

The parking lot confrontation with Adrian, 2 things. One, the writing mad him angry then in love with her?? Hard to follow. Two, he stabbed Tatiana in the gut, she was unconscious for two days, but hit no internal organs? That’s not how science works. Then that ends, which should have been the climax of the story, but now we have another less severe plot line. I don’t get this book.

Tatiana has been taken by Adrian (who’s alive) and his cousin Nikita. Her confrontation with Enrico was just dumb, it made no sense, and she doesn’t really have any real gaps to solve. Just the missing chip but who cares. It’s been on her necklace the whole time, I assume.

Not clear when she remembered the car accident if she remembers everything — including his role in killed her husband.
Plus, this author needs to STOP repeating everything 5 times and any use of the word sardonic. She must have read a thesaurus before writing this book.

I don’t like this girl anymore. She gives into him every time, and his behavior isn’t improving at all. He’s “falling in love with her” but not respecting her. Typical writing flaw in this genre — He loves himself more than her when that happens.

Love a forced marriage and this was done decently well (she didn’t give into him even though being forced into it).
