Day 10: “The Unlikely Likelihood of Falling in Love” by Jocelyn Davies
I don’t think there’s one of these short stories I *HAVEN’T* liked. First, we love a girl in STEM🥳🫶🏻 second, was not expecting to see the name of my junior year of HS teacher (but physics) in a book, totally crazy. Third, I understood this. I think fate can be real, but it’s all God’s doing. I need to look into this author.

Day 9: “The Dictionary of You and Me” by Jennifer L. Armentrout
This was PRECIOUS!! I want a whole book for these two🥹🥹🥹 this is the kind of meet cute I need. I did notice one spelling error, though… but otherwise, I loved this one!

Day 8- “Oomph” by Emery Lord
Super cute!! This was the definition of a meet cute I was looking for! Plus, using the Marvel names just made it so much better:)

Day 6- “Somewhere That’s Green” by Meredith Russo
This was so sweet 🥹 I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this one. Everyone is human, no matter what gender or sexual orientation or anything. We all deserve the same respect. I’m glad Nia and Lexie got a little bit of an HEA.

Day 5- “The Intern” by Sara Shepard
By far my favorite. Actually teared up at the end. This was super cute, touching, and well-written. I’d definitely be interested in reading a full novel by this author!

Day 4: “Click” by Katherine McGee (I’m severely behind)-
This one was ACTUALLY about Valentine’s Day AND was a meet cute!! Also almost made me cry because of the circumstances surrounding the FMC to start dating🥺 I really enjoyed this.

“Hourglass” by Ibi Zaboi is about an 18 year old high school senior named Cherish who is discovering that beauty is what you make of it, and that all body types and skin colors are beautiful. A very sweet coming of age story:)

Day 2, “Print Shop” by Nina LaCour, also started out in a weird version of first person. I’m getting the feeling the rest of these stories will be formatted this way, but I’m not entirely mad about it. Just was surprised because I had never come across a book like this before! This was a queer story, but also pretty sweet. Didn’t get attached to the characters very much but I enjoyed it:)

Day 1, “Siege Etiquette” by Katie Cotugno, was strange, the way it was structured. But took me by surprise and I quite liked this little short story. Wasn’t expecting it to be about high schoolers, though😂
