You know, I've never read this one. I read a book lately by Kingsolver that is basically based off this I guess. Let me know how this is.

I read the Kingsoliver book too and thought, I should read the original. It’s very long. Very slow to get going and Kingsoliver followed it very closely, so you’ll know a lot of what’s coming. I didn’t love it- in case that isn’t clear yet but I didn’t love enjoy it enough to keep going. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah I've read three by Dickens. Liked Great Expectations a lot, thought Tales of Two Cities was OK and couldn't get into Oliver Twist.
