In his own way, Iblees is quite devoted to Alizeh.
That being said, I'm fairly sure the whole blood oath will get rid of the devil and save Cyrus. (She has to kill him, and the blood oath itself had a lot to do about what his body could and couldn't do to Alizeh, so it is also shacking Iblees to it.)
