Focus on the key themes of the book and how they came to life within it. Don't sweat the small stuff - just how effective the story was. Did you get it? Do you remember it the week after you put it down? Too many of the reviews seem to focus on the occasional grammatical error, not suspending a little disbelief, or sounding like some grudge the reader might have against the world. ;)
