WHAT? I have assumed, this entire time, that the bank robber was a dude! I could have sworn she was referred to as a he!

I’m convinced all these people are connected.

Zara is the banker the jumper wrote the letter to!

Goodness gracious that poor bank robber.

Side note: I have a very real love for authors who manage to make ordinary lives very compelling, who can so very clearly articulate the human condition. I’ve said it before that I love character driven stories and this is absolutely that.

I’m really enjoying the way this story is being told. It’s hard for me to articulate, but I like the way it’s not exactly linear. It makes an otherwise mundane backstory just as intriguing as the main plot itself. Like I thought we would be in the hostage drama itself and here I am caring about two police officers after the fact. Bravo so far.

Side note: These witnesses are so fucking annoying.😂
