The Patreon episode of Maintenence Phase was on Breathitarians and hearing about that psychosis made me realize some inconsistencies in this book. Nancy's movement will eventually readust to the norms of whatever realm she resides in, but her food intake doesn't? I'm not saying it's bad to have a fictional book normalize an aparently real psychosis, but it's making me think about how this book/series handles food.
