Jennifer nyc Hey, how is this so far? And, good morning!

I'm afraid the morning zoomed by me a bit — good morning! :) — but this is good so far. It's unfortunate that I end up reading it in broken pieces, catching a lunch break here, having just showered there; it doesn't do the novel justice. The pace feels less frantic than in Long Island Compromise; the angles are all around rounder; I encounter an observation à la Nathan Hill here and there, though the vibe behind it isn't the same. I suspect I'll always be interested in what she writes. A lot of things are turned upside down in this book, and not just on the cover; the way she goes at it, it's often a fun posture to adopt.

Jennifer nyc I never got notified of your response, Charles, I’m glad I was looking through your updates. I have this feeling I might like this. I’m sorry about your fragmentation, that’s never great for a novel. Still, it sounds like you’re enjoying the stolen moments. Is less frantic better for you right now, or less engaging? Is rounded a positive, negative, or both? Hope you’re enjoying some of the busy!
