Dude I just can’t get better. On Wednesday I had a 104.4 fever. Then yesterday I didn’t feel horrible, so I went to school today bc I woke up fine and then I had a fever again and had to be sent home. I’ve been sick since Saturday now 💀

Try filling a bowl with ice water and adding a few drops of peppermint oil into it. Then soak a washcloth in the water and rotate it from your forehead, chest, and neck, re-soaking every ten to fifteen minutes, it really helps to bring down fevers (I’ve had to do that several times to avoid hospitalization and it works, trust) Also, if you can get your hands on some elderberry, it knocks out sickness like it’s nothin’I hope you get better girlie it sucks being sick. I’ll be praying for a speedy recovery!

I think we had the same thing 😭 it sucks, I'm sorry, but it takes about a week to wear itself out, I've been sick since friday, but it feels a lot better than it was then - r u having a lot of coughing and throat stuff?
