Books usually don’t have me holding my breath or on the edge of my seat(especially one I know the outcome of practically) but the raft scene and the group of Alan, Tim, and Lex essentially being hunted by the Tyrannosaurus did just that

It is interesting to me what each of the next 6 Jurassic movies adapted that the first movie did not

As I don’t ever want a Jurassic Park remake, I really wish Jurassic World was basically this book

If you can believe it, somehow the book velociraptors are way more frightening than the movie versions
