I read some of the negative reviews of this book before diving in…now being 1/3 of the way through, I have to say that I agree with them. Rambling copy, vague descriptions of consciousness and other spiritual concepts. There’s an insistence of some kind here that this is how mindfulness and spiritual awakening unfolds—I’m not buying it. But I’m in this far so I might as well finish ‘er up.
