I understand why this book is so polarizing with readers, but! I think it’s incredible.

There’s a poetry to this book that I think could be hard to explain. It’s a book that’s so full of horror and devastation and tragedy but it does feel true on a deep level.

I can’t say I’m “enjoying” the book; it’s heavy AF. Compels me though.
