Long long intro which so far is out of topic to what it was promised in this book

So far, long, drafty, and out-of-focus text where I am missing animals and plants. Why is the first chapter about an AI-driven car? So far I see nothing about the post-human perspective that is being promised in the quotes behind the cover. Boring to read so far!

Interesting but overly descriptive and out of the point in several parts, too long introduction.
