Today my younger cousin (he is 11) he asked me “Why do you read so much? Like, it hurts my brain even thinking about reading.” And I said, “To escape reality.” Tbh that’s is really why I read books. To distract myself from reality and travel to a different world without leaving my bed. But it’s cool to think that one day we’re going to go to a heaven greater than any book world!
